The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is a marvel of engineering, crafted with precision components such as the robust pump body, durable pump cover, efficient impeller, sturdy shaft, flexible elastic coupling, reliable pipe flange, smooth guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and secure outlet.
This sophisticated pump is composed of meticulously designed components including pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, all working in harmony.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port of the pump follows the axis direction while the outlet smartly aligns parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal flow.
With precision engineering, the pump rotates seamlessly in a clockwise direction when viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, offering reliable performance.
The vertical motor is expertly fastened to the motor seat using bolts, transmitting power directly to the pump through an innovative combination of an elastic coupling, the pump body, and an intermediate connection pipe, supported by a robust pump frame.
The outlet pipe, coupled with the pipe flange and secured bolted connection, forms a solid unit fixed on the bottom plate. This entire assembly is strategically installed on the container through the bottom plate, showcasing the seamless integration of the HYF type pump.
Major components that do not contact the liquid, such as the motor base and pump frame, are made from premium cast iron, while the bottom plate is crafted from durable polypropylene, ensuring longevity and strength.
The pump's axial and radial forces, generated from water pressure during operation and the weight of critical components like the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box strategically installed inside, ensuring smooth operation.
Thrust ball bearings and single row radial ball bearings, along with the sliding guide shaft bearings, are employed to maintain the safe and efficient functioning of the pump. These components are expertly lubricated with butter to maintain optimal performance, while the guide bearing ensures longevity.
The liquid being transported serves as a lubricant, requiring that the liquid level always surpasses the centerline of the impeller during operation for optimal efficiency.
