Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with all contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. Additionally, the goods are to be tested as outlined in the contract and its attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring no financial burden on them, and must complete this within an agreed timeframe. If remedy or correction is not possible, the buyer retains the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must employ an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standards, including OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace affected parts free of charge. In cases where pump malfunctions are due to buyer-related causes, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issues. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
