This advanced pump features essential components such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring reliable and durable operation.
Ingeniously designed, the pump's suction port aligns with the axis direction while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, optimizing fluid dynamics.
Precision-engineered, the pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring seamless functionality.
The vertical motor of this sophisticated pump is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, transmitting power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, alongside the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection create an integrated whole, firmly anchored to the bottom plate. The entire pump setup is installed onto the container via this bottom plate, ensuring stability for the HYF type pump.
Crafted with precision, all major components not in contact with liquid, including the motor base and pump frame, are made of robust cast iron, while the bottom plate is constructed from durable polypropylene.
Engineered for excellence, the axial and radial forces of the pump—including water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor—are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box within.
Featuring thrust ball bearings and single-row radial ball bearings, along with a sliding guide shaft, this pump ensures safe and reliable operation. The bearing is lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing is lubricated by the liquid being transported.
For optimal efficiency, the liquid level must always be above the centerline of the impeller during operation to ensure proper lubrication and prevent damage.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is available in configurations featuring either an intermediate guide bearing structure or a non-immersed bearing structure, tailored to accommodate varying container immersion lengths (length L).

Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully adhere to contract specifications and be fit for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. All goods will undergo rigorous testing per contract stipulations to validate their functionality and compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract standards, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or conduct inspections and retests at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within a mutually agreed timeframe. If defects cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with compliant goods within the originally stipulated delivery period.

The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, the supplier will replace any defective parts free of charge due to manufacturing issues. In case of buyer-induced malfunctions, the supplier will provide immediate assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty from their installation date.
