1. The pump boasts a vertical structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters, both positioned on the same centerline. Its ingenious design allows it to be installed in the pipeline just like a valve, presenting a sleek and compact appearance.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the provided goods will fully comply with contract specifications and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods, or parts thereof, fail to comply with contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must meet HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. In cases where malfunctions arise due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
