Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract's requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended use in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances and will be rigorously tested according to the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, ensuring all is completed within the mutually agreed time frame. If the defects cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to satisfy the contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standards, including 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after commencement of operation, whichever is longer. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free parts replacement. The supplier will also provide prompt assistance for any malfunctions due to buyer-related issues. The warranty for replaced parts extends for an additional year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
