Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance criteria and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contract conditions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, adhering to the agreed timeline. If the defect cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system, aligning with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE guidelines.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing defects will be covered by the supplier, who will provide free replacement parts. Additionally, if any pump malfunctions due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts will carry a warranty of one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
