Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract requirements and are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods shall undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or conduct inspections and retests at no cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe mutually agreed upon. If rectification is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. Under such circumstances, the seller must replace the rejected goods with compliant ones within the original delivery schedule.
The seller is mandated to maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, all products must conform to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. In case of malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replacement parts are warranted for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
