Our Service Policy
The products provided by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. must fully comply with the contract requirements and be perfectly suited for the designated design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all specified performance metrics and tolerances; each product will be rigorously tested according to the contract stipulations and attachments, ensuring full compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer, at no additional cost, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be rectified, the buyer holds the right to reject the goods, in which case, the seller must replace the rejected items with acceptable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements. All replacement activities must adhere to the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the stringent requirements of the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation commencement, whichever comes first. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. For any pump malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will swiftly assist in addressing the issue. The warranty for any replaced parts will be one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
