Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be fit for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods are rigorously tested per the contract and its attachments to ensure adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the mutually agreed time frame. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items promptly, ensuring compliance with the original contract delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
All 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is earlier. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If any malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will also offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts are guaranteed for an additional year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
