Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are guaranteed to fully comply with contract specifications, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. Our products meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing in accordance with contract provisions and attachments is conducted to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any products fail to meet contract stipulations, Jiangsu Jinglun Pump will rectify defects, conduct inspections, and retest the products at no additional charge to the buyer. This will be completed within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods, and we will replace them with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. Replacement work will be completed within the originally agreed contract delivery date.
Jiangsu Jinglun Pump employs an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Our products comply with the stringent requirements of the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever is earlier. During this period, we will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. In case of malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, timely assistance will be provided. We also guarantee a one-year warranty for any replaced parts.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
