Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract requirements and are optimized for their intended use both in design and construction. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as outlined in the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to meet contract conditions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or conduct a thorough inspection and retesting of the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. The process should adhere to a timeline mutually agreed upon by both parties. If correction is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements. This replacement must occur within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller shall operate an effective quality assurance system during the entire organizational process, conforming to the criteria of the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. All products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months post-shipment or 12 months post-operation. Within this timeframe, should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will provide free replacement parts. Additionally, should any pump issues arise due to buyer actions, the supplier will offer timely support. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty from the date of replacement.
