Service Commitment
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and will be rigorously tested as per contract provisions and attachments to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. The correction must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them, prompting the seller to replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives as per the contract. The replacement process must be finalized within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller must enforce an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will prompt the supplier to replace parts at no cost. Should any malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.
