Service Policy
All goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract specifications and are designed for the intended use; they must meet or exceed all specified performance criteria and tolerances. The goods will be tested as per contract provisions to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or components fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or perform inspections and retesting at no extra cost to the buyer, within a mutually agreed timeframe. If rectification is not feasible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, and the seller must replace or exchange them with suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring that replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller shall adopt an effective quality assurance system, compliant with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. Within this period, any manufacturing-related quality issues will be addressed with free part replacement by the supplier. If malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt support. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one year.
