1. The pump boasts a vertical design with identical inlet and outlet diameters, aligned along the same centerline. It can be seamlessly installed in pipelines like a valve. Its compact and sleek appearance ensures it fits beautifully into any setting.

2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended motor shaft, resulting in a shorter axial length and a more compact structure. The strategic configuration of pump and motor bearings ensures optimal balance and performance.

3. The shaft seal utilizes advanced mechanical seals or combinations thereof, featuring imported titanium alloy sealing rings, high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and durable hard alloy seals.

4. Installation and maintenance are a breeze, as there is no need to disassemble the piping system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to access and extract all rotor components.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must ensure full compliance with contract requirements, demonstrating suitability for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance thresholds and tolerances. Goods will undergo thorough testing as stipulated by the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications.
Should any goods or parts thereof fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to address the defect, conduct inspections, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, meeting the standards specified in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. All products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation. Within this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
