Dedicated Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods will fully comply with contract requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as specified in the contract and its appendices to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance metrics.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, completing the work within the mutually agreed time frame. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must either replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to satisfy contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products supplied must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from operational start. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified by the supplier free of charge. Should any pump issues arise due to buyer actions, the supplier will still provide prompt support. Additionally, the supplier ensures a one-year warranty for any replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
