Customer-Centric Service Policy
All goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contractual requirements, ensuring they are fit for their intended design and construction use. They must match or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its annexures to confirm their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain faulty, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract standards, with replacement work finalized within the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition during the organizational process. Additionally, products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. In the event of malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is extended by an additional year from the date of replacement.
