The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for their intended design and construction purposes. All performance values and tolerances will be met or exceeded. Rigorous testing in line with the contract and its attachments will demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any component fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, adhering to the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer holds the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement within the originally agreed delivery date.

The warranty for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing quality issues free of charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year from the replacement date.
