Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended purpose in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The products must be tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied or corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, adhering to the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. For malfunctions caused by the buyer, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
