Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet contract specifications and are designed for intended use; they must meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. The goods must undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obliged to correct the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, with no financial burden to the buyer, and must complete the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be rectified or corrected, the buyer holds the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement within the original delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also conform to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation. During this period, if any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will provide replacement parts at no cost. Should any pump issues occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
