Application Scope and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is effectively balanced by secondary blade or impeller balance holes, allowing for soft packing or cooled/non-cooled sealing options.
Additionally, versatile single and double end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types for optimal sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure seamless operation. Select pump body specifications feature double screw shells for balanced radial forces.
The bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit that allows easy maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
No need to remove the motor when using the shaft. Flange design options include PN16 and PN25, with compatibility for ANSI 125.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra charge to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such a case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contractual requirements, ensuring that this replacement is completed within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in line with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipping date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. If the pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty on replaced parts.
