Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contractual requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for the intended use. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments will verify their compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods, or any part thereof, fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer within the mutually agreed time frame. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring this is completed within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller is required to implement an effective quality assurance system in line with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. In cases where pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will promptly provide necessary assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
