Service Assurance Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully comply with all contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for the intended use in design and construction. They must meet or surpass all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing in line with contract provisions and attachments must verify the goods' compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost and within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods. In this case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system analogous to the requirements specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free replacement of parts by the supplier. The supplier will also promptly assist in resolving any pump malfunctions caused by buyer actions, guaranteeing a one-year warranty for replaced parts.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
