Service Policy Overview
The products provided by the seller must fully meet the contractual requirements and be suitable for the intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to comply with the contractual provisions, the seller must remedy the defect, inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the defective goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring replacement within the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. For malfunctions due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier ensures that the warranty period for replaced parts is one year.
