Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested as per the contract and its attachments to ensure their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system that adheres to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation start. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
