Our Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the provided goods will fully comply with contractual requirements and are meticulously designed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contract's stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring compliance within the mutually agreed timeline. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer is entitled to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives, adhering to the original contract's delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Each pump comes with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Within this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements by the supplier. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.
