Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the requirements of the contract, being impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or their components fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within a timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the same stringent requirements specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. All products provided must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation commencement. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free replacement parts by the supplier. Should any malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
