Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with contract requirements and must be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. Additionally, the goods will undergo thorough testing as specified in the contract and its attachments to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods, or any part thereof, fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In this case, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring that the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery time.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved with free parts replacement. Should malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
