Our Service Commitment
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements and are designed and constructed for the intended use; they must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will be tested according to the contract and its attachments to verify their performance and compliance with technical specifications.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller will remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no cost, completing the work within the agreed time. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In this case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the original contract delivery date.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to ISO9000 series 2000 standards. The products must comply with the HSE management system standard, OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation start. During this period, for any manufacturing quality issues, the supplier will replace parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one additional year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
