All leading to a perfectly engineered outlet.
Meticulously engineered, the pump features essential components such as sturdy pipes, steadfast bearing frames, resilient base plates, and robust motor frames, ensuring unmatched durability and efficiency.
Ingenious in its design, the pump's suction port is aligned with the axis direction, while the outlet is strategically parallel to the axis, optimizing flow dynamics and performance.
Engineered for precision, the pump boasts a clockwise rotational movement, viewed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring seamless operation.
The vertical motor, securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, transmits power directly to the pump through an elastic coupling, incorporating the pump body, an intermediate connection pipe, and the pump frame in a harmonious synergy.
The outlet pipe, coupled with the pipe flange through a bolted connection, forms an integrated unit, firmly anchored to the bottom plate. The entire pump assembly is installed securely on the container through this base, ensuring stability and reliability. The HYF type pump efficiently channels outflows.
Components such as the motor base and pump frame, outside the liquid contact parts, are expertly crafted from cast iron, offering unmatched strength and longevity, while the bottom plate is designed from durable polypropylene.
The pump expertly manages axial and radial forces, with a one-way bearing box ingeniously handling water pressure, weight of the impeller, rotor dynamics, ensuring optimal operation.
Incorporating thrust ball bearings and single row radial ball bearings, along with the sliding guide shaft, the system assures secure and normal pump operation. Bearings are lubricated with butter, maintaining performance, while the guide bearing is crafted for precision.
The liquid being transported serves as a lubricant, thus the liquid level must always surpass the impeller's centerline during operation, ensuring smooth and efficient function.
Additionally, the corrosion-resistant HYF centrifugal series is offered in two structural variations: the intermediate guide bearing structure and the non-immersed bearing structure, distinguished by varying lengths (L) extending into the container.
