Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods must be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, without any financial restrictions, completing the work within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the goods cannot be rectified, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring replacement within the original contract delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the same stringent requirements as those specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge in the event of manufacturing quality issues. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty period for any replaced parts is guaranteed to be one year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
