Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will fully adhere to the contractual requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for the intended use in design and construction. They must meet or surpass all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any product or component fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer retains the right to reject the product. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring completion before the original contract delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. All products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. Within this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacement by the supplier. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's handling, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving the issues. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year from the date of replacement.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
