Service Policy
We ensure that all products provided fully comply with contract requirements and are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. Each product meets or exceeds all specified performance values and tolerances, undergoing rigorous testing to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the products or any parts thereof fail to meet contract specifications, we will promptly address the defect by repairing, inspecting, and retesting the goods at no additional cost. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue persists, you have the right to reject the goods, and we will replace them with suitable alternatives, ensuring they meet contract requirements and are delivered within the originally agreed timeframe.
We implement an effective quality assurance system in line with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Our products adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA180001/HSE, guaranteeing safety and quality throughout the organizational process.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is longer. In the event of any manufacturing quality issues during this period, we will replace the parts free of charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's reasons, we will provide timely assistance. Additionally, the replacement parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
