Exceptional Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully adhere to contract specifications and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Additionally, all goods will undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods, or any part thereof, fail to meet contract requirements, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery time frame.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by the supplier with free part replacements. For any malfunction due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is one year.
