The HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pump is a marvel of engineering, embodying a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Designed meticulously, its size and performance are in full adherence to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards.
The performance range of HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pumps is comprehensive, encompassing all the capabilities of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. Notably, its efficiency, cavitation resilience, and other critical performance metrics are superior.
Engineered for versatility, the HCZ Series can be seamlessly interchanged with the IH Type Pump, offering flexible compatibility as an independent unit.

Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers, which can be sealed using soft packing (with or without cooling).
Additionally, it supports various structures of single and double-end mechanical seals (balanced types can be utilized).
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameters ensure smooth and reliable operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component allowing maintenance of the pump body without pipeline removal (if using an extended coupling).
When using the shaft, there's no need to remove the motor. Flange designs cater to PN16 and PN25 (depending on material differences) and are also compatible with ANSI125 standards.
Can withstand pressures up to either 125 or 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring robust performance.

Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract's requirements and be perfectly suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, being tested according to the contract's provisions and attachments to validate their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
In the event that the goods or any part do not meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy any defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, all within the delivery schedule not exceeding the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system during organizational processes, adhering to the standards specified in the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Warranty: The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is guaranteed to be one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
