Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on secondary blades or impellers. Shaft seals can be secured using soft packing, which can be optionally cooled, or by employing sophisticated mechanical seals.
Versatile in sealing solutions, it accommodates various structures of single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types, ensuring reliability under different conditions.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter guarantee smooth operations. Certain pump body specifications feature double screw shells to counterbalance radial forces efficiently.
The bearing frame—including the shaft, impeller, and packing box—forms a modular component, allowing maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
Conveniently, the motor does not need removal when accessing the shaft. The flange design is adaptable, using PN16 and PN25 standards, and is also compatible with ANSI 125.

The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract's specifications and are designed for their intended purpose; they will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must promptly rectify the issue and offer inspection and retesting services to the buyer free of charge. The warranty for the four pumps covers 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free replacement parts. In case of malfunctions due to buyer errors, the supplier will assist promptly. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.
