Our Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring they are impeccably designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must occur within the agreed timeframe. If remedial actions are inadequate, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that comply with the contract. All replacement actions must adhere to the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system in alignment with the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
An 18-month warranty from the shipment date, or 12 months post-operation, covers the 4 pumps. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified by the supplier at no cost. For malfunctions due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
