Comprehensive Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's requirements, ensuring their design and construction are fit for the intended purpose. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to prove their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer free of charge, with no financial limitations. This work must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with new or suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standard, namely 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Additionally, any replaced parts will have a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
