Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully meet the contractual requirements and be fit for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The products will be tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contractual provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them, and the seller must replace the rejected goods with compliant ones within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system, consistent with the requirements of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The provided products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operational start, whichever comes first. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing defects at no cost. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty on replaced parts is ensured for one year.
