Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the provided goods fully comply with contract requirements and are designed and constructed for their intended use. All performance values and tolerances will meet or exceed expectations. Goods will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller commits to remedying defects, inspecting, and retesting the goods at no extra cost within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller will implement an effective quality assurance system consistent with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. Any manufacturing defects occurring within this period will be remedied with free parts replacement. If pump issues arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will still provide prompt support. Replaced parts carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
