Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully adhere to contract specifications and be ideal for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. All goods must undergo rigorous testing as per contract stipulations to verify their performance and compliance with technical specifications.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If the goods are irreparable, the buyer retains the right to reject them. In such instances, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives within the originally scheduled delivery period.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system akin to the IS09000 series 2000 edition during the organizational process. All products must align with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after initial operation. If any manufacturing defects arise within this timeframe, the supplier will replace the faulty parts at no cost. Should any issues occur due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
