Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances, and must be rigorously tested according to the contract and its attachments to verify their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer without charge, and without financial restrictions. This must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If remedy is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that conform to the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the original contract delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products supplied must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is shorter. During this time, if manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace parts at no cost. In the event of pump malfunctions due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replacement parts is guaranteed for one year.
