Comprehensive Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the specified contract requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing will be conducted in accordance with the contract and its attachments to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract terms, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The products must also adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically OSHA 180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts free of charge if manufacturing quality issues arise. In the case of malfunctions due to buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty on replaced parts extends for one year.
