Service Policy
The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully meet the contract requirements and are designed and constructed for the intended use. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. The products will be tested according to the contract and its attachments to confirm their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
If the products or any part thereof fail to meet the contract specifications, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the products for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring all work is completed within the agreed timeline. If remediation is not possible, the buyer has the right to reject the products. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected products or provide suitable alternatives to meet the contract requirements, all within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system in accordance with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. If any manufacturing quality issues arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty on any replaced parts.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
