Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing in accordance with the contract and its attachments will showcase their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller will rectify the defect and/or retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If unresolved, the buyer can reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable substitutes that fulfill contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
An effective quality assurance system, equivalent to the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition, will be maintained by the seller. All products will also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month warranty post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no charge. Additionally, if the buyer encounters any issues, the supplier will offer prompt support. Replacement parts are guaranteed for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
