Service Policy
The products provided by Jinglun Pump ensure full compliance with contract requirements, designed and constructed for their intended use. They meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances and undergo testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller will remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost and within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to fulfill the contract requirements within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system aligned with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. All provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer's reasons, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.
