Our Commitment to Service
The products provided by the seller will thoroughly comply with contract requirements and are designed for optimal performance. They meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Each product undergoes rigorous testing in accordance with the terms of the contract and its attachments to ensure full compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
If any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller will remedy the defect and/or retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeline. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller is obligated to replace the rejected goods with compliant ones within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system equivalent to the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically OHSAS 18001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free replacement parts. Should any pump malfunction due to buyer-related issues, timely support will be provided. The warranty on any replaced parts extends for one year.
