Ingenious design: The suction port of the pump aligns with the axis, while the outlet is strategically placed parallel to the axis for optimized fluid dynamics.
Expert craftsmanship: The pump rotates clockwise when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring consistent, reliable performance.
Precision engineering: The vertical motor is securely bolted to the motor seat, with direct power transmission to the pump through an elastic coupling, incorporating the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
The outlet pipe, flange, and bolted connections are expertly unified and securely fixed onto the bottom plate. The entire assembly is mounted on the container for stability and efficiency. The HYF type pump excels in this setup.

Premium bearing systems, including thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and sliding guide shafts, ensure the pump's smooth, safe, and reliable operation. The bearings are lubricated with high-quality grease.
Optimal lubrication: The liquid being transported lubricates the guide bearings, thus the liquid level must remain above the impeller's centerline during operation for peak performance.

Service Policy
All goods provided by the seller must fully meet the contract's requirements and be perfectly suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested according to contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must promptly remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra charge. This must be completed within the agreed timeline. If the issues cannot be rectified, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such a case, the seller is required to replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring the replacement is done within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must employ an effective quality assurance system, akin to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for our pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace parts free of charge. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
