The HCZ Series raises the bar by encompassing the entire performance range of the IH Series Standardized Chemical Pumps. Not only does it match the IH series in performance, but it also excels with superior efficiency, enhanced cavitation performance, and a multitude of advanced indicators.
Thanks to its innovative design, the HCZ Series Standardized Chemical Pump is fully interchangeable with the IH Type Pump, providing seamless integration and flexibility for single-machine use or within larger systems.

Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced through balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Options for soft packing seals (with or without cooling) are available.
Flexible sealing solutions with various single and double end mechanical seals, including balanced types.
Robust ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, reliable operation. Several pump body specifications feature double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The composite bearing frame, incorporating the shaft, impeller, and packing box, allows for maintenance without pipeline removal (if using an extended coupling).
With shaft use, motor removal is unnecessary. Flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 (material dependent), and is adaptable to ANSI125.

Service Policy
The seller guarantees that the delivered goods will fully align with the contract's requirements and are suited for the intended design and use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Goods will be tested as per contract stipulations and attachments, ensuring their capability and conformity to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller is obliged to remedy the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the non-compliance cannot be rectified, the buyer is entitled to reject the goods, necessitating the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system during the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
An 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation is provided for the four pumps. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, timely support will be offered. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
