Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract specifications, Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Co., Ltd. will rectify the issue, inspect, and retest the product for the buyer at no additional cost, completing the work within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller will replace the rejected items or supply suitable alternatives, ensuring compliance with contract requirements within the originally agreed delivery date.
An effective quality assurance system, compliant with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards, will be implemented during the manufacturing process. Products will also adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Each of the 4 pumps comes with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be resolved with free replacement parts. For malfunctions due to buyer-related issues, timely assistance will be provided. The warranty period for replaced parts will extend for one year.
