Customer-Centric Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to meet all contractual requirements and are designed and constructed for their intended purpose; they must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Products will be tested as per contract provisions to ensure capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the products fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller is required to rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within the agreed timeframe. If the defect cannot be corrected, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In this scenario, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operational commencement. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be resolved with free part replacements. In cases of pump malfunction due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one additional year.
